Multiple terrace areas and garages were included in the proposal. We used a self-adhered vapor control layer, tapered insulation scheme (completely bonded), and self-adhered Alwitra Evalon VSK on all of them. The wildflower sedum system was then planted over the top of the new single-ply membrane in a variety of terrace areas and garages. It was a lovely endeavor to be a part of, and we've since returned to visit the wildflower roofs, which are still blooming beautifully.
