On timber structures, we placed a Vapour Control Layer, 140mm PIR insulation, and an Alwitra Evalon VSK single-ply membrane. Tapered drop-down gutters with made-to-measure aluminum chutes for the outlets were installed on the roofs. Waterproofing all the skylights, flues for indoor BBQ areas, a warm roof dormer, and a full aluminum capping system were among the other projects. The capping was made-to-measure to provide a high cosmetic finish while covering the parapet features. We erected some unique fascia metals on the face of the largest property in addition to covering all the parapets. We built and installed the roofs in collaboration with the developer to meet their client's needs and budget.
