The residents wanted to rebuild their roof to make room for a new skylight that was being installed. They needed a high-quality membrane that would last for years while also protecting their skylight. Our staff arrived to complete the task after discussing it with the client. While the task was rather uncomplicated for the most part, our crew did have to consider how to construct around the skylight. We had to make sure that the skylight would be adequately protected without jeopardizing the membrane. We had to guarantee that the remainder of the roof was focused on and protected while working around this snag.
