CANFORD CLIFFS ROAD

Project Information

The client requested that the old felt be removed, as well as all plywood and hard edges and that they be disposed of. Because of blister differences and cracks, we suggested the client remove the old felt based on our knowledge and understanding. We'd be able to get a far more aesthetically acceptable finish with a new timber surface. The old existing joists have been replaced with a new 18mm ply to allow water to flow easily to the guttering edge and minimize maximum water pooling. The newly formed 18mm plywood has been totally self-adhered with Evalon VSK 1.2 membrane. Water check and drip trims have been installed around the perimeter to collect water and direct it to the guttering edge.
