OSSEMSLEY MANOR HOUSE, NEW FOREST

This manor house has a lot of history;

During the war, it was used as a POW camp and a base before D-Day, as well as the Kray twins, turned into a nightclub. The customer had water ingress on two levels, one of which was the tower's spire. The existing felt bitumen and plywood substrate were entirely removed. The exposed joists were all rotted, therefore they were all replaced with new ones, along with additional structural bracing. Before installing a two-layer felt system, we installed new 18mm plywood (Strata Pro M). With a satisfied client, the lower roof area is ready for new decking.
