Warm roof installations with 120mm of insulation create a U-value of 0.18WmK2 on flat roofs and dormers. Alwitra Evalon VSK single-ply membrane was used to finish these. Installing new timber batten and a high-performance breather membrane with Marley Modern tiles across the pitched roof was part of the pitched roof construction. All of the work around the dormers, including the lead work, was completed by us. We added some additional handmade aluminum trims per the client's request (slate grey to match the flat roof trims). For an aesthetically pleasant waterproofed finish, we installed them on the windowsills.
