They had three roof regions that needed to be replaced due to water infiltration and condensation. To avoid being on-site during an event, a strategy was devised to do all of the work at the same time. The identical corrective work was performed on all three flat roof regions. We removed the old Alwitra single-ply membrane, installed a new plywood roof deck, and installed a new Alwitra single-ply membrane with a 25-year warranty, as well as some aluminum trimmings and outlet work.
